Processing role of each equipment of zinc pot in hot dip galvanizing line

1.Zinc pot: Store the zinc liquid needed for production. By controlling the zinc liquid formula, the appearance quality, mechanical performance and some product defects caused by improper control of the zinc solution can be eliminated.
2. Inductor: inductor is a high-power step-down transformer. When power is applied, the zinc pot heats the zinc liquid through the 12R principle.
3. Sunk roller: It is mainly a steering roller. The sunk roller is hollow and is driven by strip steel during production. In order to increase the friction of the strip to the sunk roller, the surface is engraved with spiral grooves, and it also has the effect of increasing the zinc liquid flow.
4. Stabilizing roller: Reduce the strip swing, enhance the stability of the strip, and make the strip pass straight through the air knife.
5. Air knife: scrape off the excess zinc liquid on the surface, and get a qualified zinc layer heavy-duty uniform galvanized layer.
6. Cooling fan: cooling the strip to reduce the temperature of the strip to about 150 degrees before the water quenching tank.
7. Water quenching tank: The strip steel is rapidly cooled, and the strip temperature of the water quenching tank is about 40-60 degrees.
