Exit looper-color coating line

The work principle of exit looper(outlet looper) is same as entry looper(inlet looper), we have introduced it in the chapter of entry looper- color coating line.

Generally speaking, the exit looper doesn’t store strips when the unit is in normal operation, and when the exit section execute the operation of shearing, sampling and unloading coil in segments, the exit looper is fed to maintain constant-speed operation of the process section.
