Two-roller Precision Coating Machine
Overview
1.The precision coating machine is used to implement precise coating on the front face of the passing steel plate by means of direct coating ,reverse coating and whole reverse coating.
2.The machine has compete coating machine head and drive device for the front face.
3.The coating machine head for the front face is installed on the slideway and is driven by the dydraulic cylinder or air cylinder. When the joint part of the steel plate passes, the coating machine head can retract to separate the coating roller from the steel plate, so as to prevent the coating roller from being damaged by the joint part.
4.The coating machine head equipped with one paint tray, the paint tray can be subject to rising and declining adjustment and equipped with coating circulation system.
5. The feeding roller and the coating roller are separated driven by AC motors and are connected by universal coupling, and all motors are outside of the coating room.
6. The thickness of the steel plate coating is controlled by controlling the rotate speed and direction of each roller and adjusting the biting position/pressure between the steel plate and the coating roller and feeding roller. The distance and pressure of each roller are adjusted by the lead-screw system and slideway on the side of coating machine.
